Champagne Brunch Registration

For each guest, you’ll be asked for name, email, and meal choice. None of this is required to complete your registration. If you don’t have the information now, simply leave the fields blank – you or your guest can provide it later. Please do not use your own email for a guest, as this will result in duplicate event messages being sent to you instead of your guest.
