Thank you for bringing in a donation for our 2024 CTE event!  We encourage everyone to take advantage of this easy-to-use online form.   An email receipt will automatically be generated and sent to the donor.

• This online Donor Form should be used for merchandise and gift certificates donated for Valle Monte League’s 2023 Fundraising Events. Financial Donations can be made through Make Financial Donation.
• Entry fields marked with * indicates a required entry
• Item: Enter each donation as a separate donation.  Please DO NOT group multiple items together in one donation (unless the items would never be separated.)
• Estimated Value: Do your best at estimating the value of the item
• Section: If the donation item was solicited for a Tree, Silent Auction, Live Auction or Other - here is the place to specify. You may also pick no preference and let the Gift Committee decide the most appropriate place.
• Location:  Current location of the item.
• Soliciting VML Member:  VML member who brought in the donation.   It may be the same as the donor or it could be a different person.
• Contact Information: Enter the Donor Information in the Contact Information section.  Donor name (as listed) will be used for all recognition.   If you are not the donor, please DO NOT use YOUR contact information - we need to keep accurate contact information in our database.
