Donation Form For Summer Members' Silent Auction

Thank you for bringing in a donation for our 2022 Summer Members Event!  We encourage everyone to take advantage of this easy-to-use online form.   An email receipt will automatically be generated and sent to the donor.  Please note, a donation to the Summer Members' event DOES NOT count towards your $500 financial obligation (only donations to our fundraisers are eligible.) • This online Donor Form should be used for merchandise and gift certificates donated for a silent auction.
• Entry fields marked with * indicates a required entry
• Item Name: Enter each donation.  It is only okay to group items into one donation if the items belong together and are donated by the same donor, otherwise, please add items as separate donations.
• Estimated Value: Do your best at estimating the value of the item
• Location:  Current location of the item.
• Soliciting VML Member:  VML member who brought in the donation.   It may be the same as the donor or it could be a different person.
• Contact Information: Enter the Donor Information in the Contact Information section.  Donor name (as listed) will be used for all recognition.   If you are not the donor, please DO NOT use YOUR contact information - we need to keep accurate contact information in our database.
