Reservation Hosts: use this form to add guests who were not originally included in your reservation. Use the Update Guest Form to add missing information (meal preference, email, mobile phone) for a guest already added to the reservation. Please do not enter your own email or mobile number in place of your guest’s. Each guest must have their own contact information. Using the same info for multiple guests may result in duplicate communications and could prevent your guests from receiving table assignments, event updates, or auction access. If your guest does not have an email or mobile number, you may leave those fields blank—we’ll follow up another way.

When filling out information:
Mobile Phone is required to participate in our silent auction's online bidding. Email is essential for event communications, including table number assignments and event updates. Meal Choiceis strongly encouraged. The caterer's deadline to select meal choices is Tuesday, November 19.
Pre-Authorizing a Credit Card Guests may choose to pre-authorize a credit card for early access to online bidding and to seamlessly fulfill Fund-a-Need pledges made during the event.
