Fund-a-Need Credit Card Authorization Form

To authorize your credit card to be charged for your Christmas Tree Elegance Fund-a-Need pledge, click on the green box below and then click next to enter your credit card information via the secure form.

As a convenience, you may pre-register a credit card on the submission page to charge your purchases at event Christmas Tree Elegance 2025.

I authorize Valle Monte League to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event Christmas Tree Elegance 2025. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
